What is Life Coaching?
Life
coaching is a relationship between a life coach and a client. The relationship begins with a conversation to explore if the two are truly a match. The saying "there's someone for everyone" is very true and needs to be honored here. Once this is agreed, expectations are drawn together ad agreed in a contract with terms, duration, cost and scheduled appointment times.
Elements that a client should expect during all coaching sessions and in this working relationship are
confidentiality, respect and providing you, the client, a safe place to talk.
This relationship is not the agenda of the coach's but rather...it's all about YOU, the client!
A coach would work with a client and show them how to work towards the following...

with you about how you can get yourself to a state of clearer vision,
sort things out and take actions to regain balance in your life.
...have you create a plan to move forward on your goals. Get things done that you've always wanted to do.
...hold yourself accountable - this keeps you honest to yourself. Set a date and stick to it.
...provide a supportive environment to share your dreams, identify and deal with any obstacles.
Results are obtained by increasing your awareness and tapping into your own
passion to increase your day-to-day productivity and
enhance relationships through short but effective scheduled phone calls.
